What we collect
Enquiry forms: name, email, phone, company, message. Newsletter: email. Server logs: IP address, user agent, pages requested — for security and diagnostics. We do not sell personal data.
Why we process it
To respond to enquiries (legitimate interests / steps toward a contract), to send newsletters you asked for (consent), and to keep the site secure. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Processors
We use reputable hosting and, if configured, email delivery providers. A list of processors is available on request. We prefer UK/EEA processing where practical.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to manage the relationship and our legal obligations, then deleted or archived with access limited. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Contact hello@technativelabs.co.uk.
